There are short (5 to 10km), medium (10 to 15km) and long (15 to 20km)course distances available at every event! Exact distances will be confirmed on the website and in email updates the week prior to each race.
All courses will be off road and over a mix of challenging terrain through native forest, single trails, forest roads and open pasture. You will experience some of the best views and locations in the Bay of Plenty!

The Nature Valley Tikitapu Offroad Trail Runs will be held at the world famous Lake Tikitapu (BlueLake) one of the best locations for outdoors activities in New Zealand.
There will be a 10km trail run or walk, 21km trail run or walk and a 20km adventrue run, with the emphasise on adventure! Course details will be available in the next week with detailed maps and elevation profiles be placed on the website.
